Is the session painful?
The needles used are very fine, and most people describe the sensation as light pressure or a brief muscle twitch. Tell your practitioner about any discomfort at any point and they will adjust the session.
What is electrical needle stimulation?
A very light electrical current is passed through the needles once placed, sometimes used for muscle tightness. Your practitioner will tell you whether it is appropriate for you.

What a Home Session Looks Like
