Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data Al Shifa Health collects through this website, how we use it, and how we protect it. Last updated: 1 September 2026.

What we collect

We do not ask you to create an account, and we collect no more than we need to arrange care. When you submit the request form we collect: your name, phone number (WhatsApp), the service you need, your governorate, and any case details you choose to write.

“Case details” may include health information about the patient. We treat that as sensitive, and we do not ask you to share any more medical detail than is needed to arrange the visit.

How we use it

We use your data for one purpose: to contact you and arrange the appropriate nursing care. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers.

Where it is stored

Form requests are stored in this website’s database on our server, and a copy is sent to our email. Access is limited to the Al Shifa team.

WhatsApp and phone

If you contact us by WhatsApp or phone, that conversation is also covered by your provider’s privacy policy (WhatsApp / your telecom operator) in addition to this one.

Cookies

This site uses technical cookies only: to remember your language preference (Arabic/English) and to speed up page loading through caching. We do not currently use advertising or marketing-tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as they are needed to follow up on the service, then delete them at your request or when they are no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your data at any time. Email info@alshifa.health or message us on WhatsApp at 94133893.

Changes to this policy

We may update this page as our services or applicable regulations change; the last-updated date appears at the top.
